Coach Mitch Ferrie Assistant Coaches Jonty Paulsen and Tony Johnson: The R.M. Hatch shield is the prominent junior competition for the Victorian Sub District Cricket Association and its 28 clubs since 1968/69. Williamstown have won twice in 1969/70 & 1984/85. This competition has launched many cricketers from Williamstown into successful careers including current 1ST Eleven premiership players Craig Sheedy, Rohan Smith and promising youngsters Nick Jensen & Dan Davis.
